Yes — actually, this program is specifically designed for you. We start where you are, not where we wish you were. Every client goes through an initial assessment so we understand your fitness level, your history, and any limitations. Our coaches are trained to scale every session to meet you exactly where you are and build from there. You don't need to get in shape before you come in. Coming in is how you get in shape.
What does "coached" training actually mean? How is this different from a regular gym?
At a regular gym, you sign a contract, get a key card, and you're on your own. Here, every session has a coach who knows your name, knows your goals, corrects your form, pushes you appropriately, and tracks your progress. Coached training means you're never guessing what to do or whether you're doing it right. That's the difference between hoping for results and getting them.
I'm a busy parent with a packed schedule. Can I realistically do this?
We built the 9 Week Accelerator specifically for busy adults over 35 — moms, dads, professionals with real lives and real demands. What does the nutrition coaching look like? Do I have to follow a specific diet?
No extreme diets, no eliminating food groups, no meal prep every Sunday for 4 hours.
